Boris Berezovsky, the pianist, is forever overshadowed by Boris Berezovsky, the businessman.

One rose to the top of his profession, became a virtuoso, performed all over the world. The other started out as a mathematician, became one of the richest men in Russia, and made an enemy of Vladimir Putin.

One is considered one of the greatest pianists of our time. The other survived two (at least two!) assassination attempts.

One is still at the peak of his game. The other was recently found in his bathroom, dead from an apparent suicide.

So, which one are we profiling? Well, the businessman, who was born Jewish, but converted to Russian Orthodoxy.
